Born in 1931, Charles Francis Feeney is an Irish-American businessman and the founder of The Atlantic Philanthropies, one of the largest private foundations in the world.
But he made his fortune as a co-founder of the Duty Free Shoppers Group, alongside Robert Warren Miller.
Large amounts of money from his fortune of $7.5 billion was donated.
