How would you describe the life in a beach city or in the city that everybody calls it The Gem of the Continent? Extravagant is the world because here we have over 66 thousand people who like the sun, the ocean and have a fancy eye for everything that means beach sports.
But here we can see people who bicycle, skateboard, roller-blade, wheelchair and stroller around the beach area. Surfing is the sport with a great range of people who do it, making the main sport of the area, people surfing in Christmas New Year Eve, or Easter.
What else is there to say about this city? Well the real estate around here doesn’t go under 1 million per house even 2 million for a small house with a nice or partial view. This is nothing to the amount of yachts here, some people having their residence on them.
The clothing retailers noticed the number of visitors and important people who come here and placed some luxury brands although the median household income is about 98.000$. Although this number faces the reality, this fact didn’t stop the rising of a downtown shopping center and eating area, where we find some interesting luxury restaurant and high end designer boutiques .
