Who didn’t see this coming? I mean, c’mon, everyone knows that Charles Xavier is one of the most well-known leaders in all of comic books and that he runs Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters (the place where he helps the X-Men train).
In the house you may recall the Danger Room and other unimaginable gadgets in all of comic books; these things cost a lot of money, so Xavier in order to afford them he had to be one of the richest superheroes.
Like other superheroes on this top, he inherited a mansion and the entire estate(where the school exists) from his genius father.
They say that because he is a genius and a master in telepathy,it helps him get everything he needs in life, including all the cash he wants and needs.
