11. David Croft ($25 million of estimated net worth)
Also known as Crofty, he has been the lead commentator for Formula 1 Grand Prix racing on Sky Sports network since four years ago. But his relation with the sport started way back in 2006 when he was still presenting and commentating for BBC Radio 5.
In all Formula 1 sessions, from practice to race, Crofty’s insights will keep you entertained and informed. As a fan, I need that especially when the race gets dull and boring to watch. Alongside him are Martin Brundle, Anthony Davidson, Paul di Resta, Ted Kravitz, and Natalie Pinkham. And we will be seeing one of them later on this list.
Crofty may not have a background as race car driver, but he has been in the industry for so long that he probably knows more than anyone else in this world, except Google. He is also well-known among F1 drivers and teams.
Tuning in to Sky F1’s network is not the only way to hear Crofty’s voice. He voiced a character in the European release of Planes. The character is called Lofty Crofty, which is the equivalent of Colin Cowling in the original release.
