Carrie Perrodo was a Singaporean top model. She is now a philanthropist. In the early 1970s, she got married to Hubert Perrodo, a French entrepreneur in oil and gas business. One of his biggest companies is the Perenco.
He passed away in 2006. He left Carrie with one-fourth of his wealth as it was split among her and his three children.
The 65-years-old widow founded her own modeling agency, Carrie’s Model. However, she has sold the agency and it remains active under other’s ownership.
The French citizen is now living in London, United Kingdom. Her net worth has grown from $4.2 billion by the end of last year to $6 billion today. This put her as the 358th billionaire in the world and the 13th in France.
