You would probably think that it was better for Sean Connery to hide those thoughts and point of view. But he has been pretty open with some facts in his life, including the fact about his toupee.
The unfortunate fact is Sean has started to lose his hair ever since he was a teenager. While other boys worry about all the hair growing in their body, 17 year-old Sean had the opposite problem.
So, when he got the James Bond part, he had to do something about it. Somehow a full-haired head is one of the secret agent’s criteria. Well, it’s not just about the look, but also CIA health requirement, right?
To cover his hair loss, Sean wore a hairpiece for his James Bond movies. In fact, he has started wearing a toupee since 1958. But as time went by, he stopped wearing it, at least in most of his post-007 movies.
