A 47-years old Spanish Chef, Paco Roncero, is one of the world’s best chefs. He holds 2 Michelin stars since 2010. And he won the La Real Academia de Gastronomia in 2006. It is Spanish highest award for National Gastronomy.

His cuisine is very innovative with great techniques, creativity, and respects for tradition. He doesn’t just stop there. He researches continuously especially on the new textures with milk and olive oil. This is why he earned his Michelin star.

Roncero joined the Technical Culinary Committee of the Selecci?n Espa?ola de Cocina Professional and the Technical Committee of the Bocuse d’Or in 2013.

There’s no doubt that Roncero’s caliber brings the best quality in both taste and texture of every dish served in SubliMotion. It does deserve its title as the most expensive restaurant.
