One of the most legendary fights in boxing was held in MGM Grand Garden Arena, May 2, 2015. Floyd Mayweather versus Manny Pacquiao. Mayweather won the fight by a unanimous decision with judges scores 116-112, 116-112, and 118-110.
Mayweather took the four major titles (WBA Super, WBC, WBO, and The Ring welterweight). The titles were not the only thing he took home that night. He also took a $100 million paycheck.
The fight itself brought a buck load of profit for the committee. It has gained approximately $600 million of gross profit from pay-per-view purchase, total gate, and sponsorship. No wonder, the winner took the biggest cash prize of all.
