The St Pancras Penthouse is located in London. This elegant attic penthouse is designed by Thomas Griem and the TG Studio at the request of Alan Patel.

The team delivered a stunning three bedroom penthouse surrounded by textile oak and vivid earthy elements.

Thomas Griem is the founder and director of the architectural firm TG Studio with over 20 years of experience in design and architecture.

” TG-Studio has transformed this 3 bedroom penthouse located in the grade 1 listed St Pancras chambers. The apartment is one of three penthouses in the 52 unit development by the Manhattan loft corporation. It covers the top three floors of the west tower of this famous London landmark.

The master bedroom is an open plan and it’s visually connected with the triple height living room. You don’t like that much open space ? No problem, because there is an electrical operative curtain that can close off if you want more privacy.

The bathroom features a bespoke double sink, flush Tv and a large shower. I love bathrooms with great open space. Don’t you ?

The entertaining space is located at the middle and lower floor of the penthouse and it’s perfect for dinner parties and social gatherings. Both floors are connected by a staircase with oak veneer and plain glass.

The unique features is “the staircase who consists of a bridge that connects to a library which is cantilevering the main part of the staircase.

According to Contemporist, “Thomas and Arran have enjoyed this project so much that they are now looking to working together creating luxurious places. They are currently looking in London and New York for their next project under a joint banner
