I always try to find out for you the most exclusive luxury homes in the world and I always succeed in doing that. Today we are going inside the Texugueira House in Leiria, Portugal.

The shaped style of the residence reminds us off the Biscayne Bay Residence from Miami or the Dream Villa from Rio de Janeiro.

The architect’s description
” Its shape stretches on the ground, unfolding from a wall that supports three volumes. Each one has a different scale, offering a different experience, resulting in a dynamic and playful composition.
A painting/music studio is located at the upper level, with a small terrace that opens over the landscape and natural light. ”
The three-volume residence
The first volume represents and empty space at the ground level, providing a perfect area for parking or leisure. It faces the main entrance of the home and in between it features a game of pillars.
The middle or the central volume features or represents the social area of the Texugueira House. It includes the living room with a large window which offers mesmerizing views over the green surroundings and the kitchen. It also features a barbecue area and a beautiful garden.
The last and the third volume is known as the “private area” and features two bedrooms on the ground floor and a master suite on the upper floor.
” The dwelling is organized along a closed path that crosses the three volumes, accompanying the linear outer wall leaning against the terrain.
The spaces between the volumes are shaped as small gardens or living areas, in close dialogue with the house and the rural landscape of Texugueira. ”
