Street smart could be your 6th sense or could be the result of a person who knows the reality he is in, has a definition of it, knows what is going on around him and he structures his state of mind with a personal guide of rules, not those give to him by formal education.
Street smart refers to collecting the right amount of knowledge to wrap around the situation you are in and to be able to manage it without damaging any of the following: your integrity, your image, the result and the process you are about to start.
