2. Lawsuit for punching a police officer
While he shows so much love towards his Ethiopian root, he didn’t do so towards one particular police officer. Back in early 2015, he was involved in a fight in Las Vegas. As a result, he punched a police officer who attempted to break it up. Ouch.
It took place inside a hotel, Cromwell, way after midnight. It was unclear whom he was fighting with and what it was about. Long story short, he punched the cop on the side of his head with a closed fist.
Not long after being arrested, he posted a photo of him leaving on a private jet on Instagram with a caption “Escaping from Las Vegas”.
Then he was ordered to pay $1,000. Besides, he had to complete anger management, alcohol evaluation, and 50 hours of community service. He pleaded no contest. And after he met all the requirements, the case was dismissed.
