8Lip Pencil
Applying Lip Pencil can add a provocative aspect to the makeup you wear every day, but you should ensure that you use the correct contour.
It should not exceed the natural outline of your lips and it has to have the same color as your lipstick or the closest one you can find.
Start by applying on the upper lip a thin line along the natural lip contour. When you’re done, apply you the lipstick or even fill in your lips with the same lip liner. Try it, it will look great!
Instead of the highlighting powder, you can also use a transparent gloss on the center of your lips to add a subtle highlight to make them appear larger.
