Brazil is a big country with many people living in it. So when they host an event, it becomes so festive! Need I say more?
Every year before Lent, which is around the month of February and March, Rio de Janeiro becomes the host of the world’s biggest carnival. It is also one of the oldest in the world. It started way back in 1723.
The main parade takes place in the Sambadrome. Besides that, there are also balls held in the Copacabana Palace and beach. Additional street festivals are also common to take place during this event. The streets of Rio de Janeiro will be flocked by locals and tourists.
