8. San Marino
Some of you may not even know that San Marino is a country. It is actually an enclave micro-state surrounded by Italy. It is a common mistake to think of it as a part of Italy.
Most countries with a good level of GDP (Gross Domestic Product) also have a high living cost. Not San Marino. Even though it ranked 15th in the world with $45,000 per capita income, the living cost in San Marino is relatively low.

San Marino is somewhat similar to Italy. It is enriched by art, especially painting and sculpture. It also has amazing scenery and good meals.
