Next up is the land of pizza and pasta, Italy. Despite their meat and dairy based meals, Italian people have 83 years of life expectancy. One of the reasons why is Italian has healthier lifestyle compared to other foodie society.
They are used to walk on foot. After a bowl of pasta and a few slices of pizza, they will walk for averagely twenty minutes to get to their next destination.
Italy has been successful in many aspects of life. Most of the world-known artists are Italian. Who has never heard of Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo? It is also the home to the world’s best sport cars. We still can hear those Lamborghini’s and Ferrari’s engine roars.
Italy is also one of the leading countries in terms of fashion. It is the home to Gucci, Prada, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Giorgio Armani, and the list goes on.
