Located in Washington D.C., Minibar has room for 12 seats (as you can see in the image) and serves a tasting menu from one of Ferran Adria’s greatest chefs, Jose Andres.
Guests have the opportunity to choose from over 20 courses which are a fusion of sorts. The food is prepared in front of the guests while they enjoy aperitifs and exquisite cocktails.
Reservations can be done from 6 to 6:30 PM or 8:30 to 9 PM.
Their reservation system operates by seasons.
Reservations for the The Fall/Winter season, which is from September 3 to December 30, begin on July 1st.
For the Spring/Summer season, reservations begin on December 1st.
