Al Mahara, ‘The Oyster Shell’ in Arabic, is accessible by a gold-plated elevator from the upper lobby of the hotel. Here you can find the best seafood in Dubai served in a dreamy subterranean ambience.
The primary thing Al Mahara prides with is the attention to details that goes hand-to-hand perfectly with the wonderful team of world-wide chefs and sommeliers.
Junsui, the Japanese word for ‘pure’, is a new authentic Asian restaurant, located on the ground mezzanine floor.
Booming with influences from Japanese, Thai, Chinese and Korean dishes along with 12 live cooking and no less than 45 chefs, Junsui lets you explore the flavour and the culture of East Asia.
Oh..we almost forgotten about this : The interior design of Junsui is bathed in Swarovski crystals. How more luxurious this restaurant can be?
You probably wonder why I put Al Muntaha restaurant here. Well, we’ve seen seafood dishes and East Asia dishes, but what about Modern European cuisine?
Yes, Al Muntaha is the perfect place for that. Its name means ‘The Highest’ or ‘The Ultimate’. It is located on the 27th floor at 200 meters above sea level with breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf.
Words like art, innovation and style meet up here on the top of the world.
