Making it in our top 3 universities where the super rich kids go, is Yale.
The Private Ivy League University is known for its long history and celebrity graduates, including George W. Bush.
Around 69% of the freshmen come from rich families, with annual incomes of $120.000 or more. The university wanted to mix things a bit, its alumni magazine from January/February 2014 stating that they are looking for:
smart students from poor families.
Of course people were offended by this, Yale later on issuing and apology for the cover article.
I wonder if this publicity worked or not, to be honest.
