Built in a 17th century warehouse, a former boat hall, renovated with concrete and steel, we found 67 apartments created keeping the unique architecture of the building and all the columns.
With an interior street, access paths from one side to the other and also parking, the place is a beautiful converted space ready to accommodate people in luxury apartments and lofts.
The living spaces differ in size and placement, being possible to own a one story loft or a two story loft, with rooftop terrace or balcony.
The place not only gives you all the elements in creating the perfect luxury home, but also facilitates the rich boat owners a docking space and an elevator from the docking space to their homes.
