2.Start writing
Don’t panic, you don’t need to be a poet or to have special writing skills for you to complete this stage of the recovery.
Every day, after each night of replaying everything in your head before falling asleep, you will think of another thing you would want to say to your ex, but you can’t really do that. Well, you can, but you shouldn’t. Seriously now, don’t.
But we know very well that it’s now healthy to keep it all inside as I was saying before, so here’s the key.
Start writing down all these thoughts that keep you awake at night. Eventually write some letters to your ex saying everything you wish you could say to their face. Let me just be clear once again, you must never send them.
It doesn’t have to be a masterpiece, but it will help you out. And who knows, maybe with a little bit of talent, you’ll be writing the next bestseller.
