Why is it called flatmobile?
Because the total height of this car is 46 centimeters being the smallest car in height in the world.
The strange part is that the original car from which it was built is a rear engine vehicle, manufactured by those who later became Chrysler Europe.
This particular car was modified, with the lowest suspension ever, they stripped off the rooftop and some of the body and added a jet engine to it so that the flat vehicle could be one with the asphalt when it is at its maximum power.
The odd final shape, the fact that is equipped for high speeds, the possibility to seat two people and the fact that the height is matching the tire height, it makes it one of the weirdest cars ever made.
