Air France Airlines surely knows how to offer a top luxury meal on board, offering the best dishes, with fine organic ingredients.
The menus are developed by the Studio Culinaire Servair and chef Joël Robuchon, and use quality, seasonal and organic ingredients. You can create your own custom salad (as a starter) and then enjoy a farm-fresh main course accompanied by a basket of warm bread. Warm French bread, that surely sounds delicious!
The dessert consists of a fresh fruit basket, or a refreshing sorbet and for all of this we have to thank Thibaut Ruggeri, the winner of the Bocuse d’Or 2013, and the man behind these amazing menus.
If you travel a lot, don’t worry that you will get bored with the food. Air France changes its menu every 8 months, and swaps the meal program every 10 days.
