9. BMW 2002 tii
The BMW New Class as it’s also known, was a compact sedan produced by the German company between 1962 and 1977.
The whole purpose of the 2002 tii was to revitalize the entire range of luxury and economy cars which was sinking fast.
And that’s exactly what they did, because in 1969 when was introduced, the 2002 tii set the mold for the modern sport sedan.
The 2002 tii replaced the 2002ti which featured a fuel injected engine developing 130 hp and setting a top speed of 185 km/h (115 mph).
