4. BMW E46 M3
Yet another M model on our list, and that’s no surprise!
Because as we know it, the E46 M3 is a high-performance model of the BMW 3-Series, and high-performance is always good.
The original M3 was sold with saloon, coupe and convertible body types, and had been derived from the E30, E36, E46, E90/E92/E93, and F30 3-series.
Now, the first E46 M3 model was introduced in October 2000, and made its appearance worldwide with the new 3.2 L S54 M-tuned engine.
And that engine had the highest specific output naturally aspirated of any engine ever made by BMW, and was able to produce 343 hp, but was available in convertible and coupe models only ( the salon model was dropped).
The E46 M3 was produced between 2000 and 2006 and came with two types of transmission , a 6 speed manual, and a 6 Speed SMG Drivelogic.
