The actor co-founded the restaurant after being impressed with Chef Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa’s talent.
Serving up delicious Japanese cuisine in the suburb of Tribeca, Nobu has been a big hit since it opened. It has been awarded three stars from The New York Times and on top of that, a Michelin star.
