4. Ford Focus
The compact car model Focus that we all know today, started its production back in 1998.
The Ford Focus replaced the various versions of the Ford Escort and Ford Laser sold in Europe, North and South America, and South Africa, and in Asia and Australasia, it replaced the Ford Laser.
In 2012 the Focus surpassed the Toyota Corolla, and became the world’s best selling automobile nameplate.
This model is considered by the British magazine “CAR”, to be one of the 50 greatest cars of the past fifty years, with a number of 245,922 units sold only in 2012.
I mean, even the Pope (Francis) drives a Focus, that’s gotta mean something.
