4. Lamborghini Diablo
Built by the Italian automaker Lamborghini between 1990 and 2001, the Diablo was a high-performance mid-engined sports car.
Diablo is “devil” in Spanish, which is diavolo in Italian, and that makes total sense, taking in consideration the fact that this car was the first Lamborghini capable of hitting a top speed of 200 miles per hour (320 km/h).
The super car was presented to the public for sale on January 21, 1990, and came fitted with a 5.7 L, 48-valve V12 engine and developing 492 hp.
With its mid-mounted engine and a rear-wheel drive, the Lamborghini Diablo could reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in about 4.5 seconds.
