The Range Rover Classic is a 4×4 luxury SUV series that was manufactured between the years 1970 and 1995.
With a bodywork styled largely by the engineering team, and marketed as “A Car For All Reasons”, the Range Rover Classic was the first generation of vehicles produced under the Range Rover name.
The Range Rover was more capable off-road than the Land Rover, and offered more comfort.
With a towing capacity of 3.5 tons, and able to reach a of 100 mph (160 km/h), the Range Rover Classic offered a spacious accommodation for five people and ground-breaking features such as a four-speed, dual-range, permanent four-wheel-drive gearbox and hydraulic disc brakes on all wheels.
