6. Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith
The Rolls-Royce Silve Wraith model was the first post-war Rolls-Royce car that came out from the the Crewe factory from 1946 to 1959.
Equipped with 3 engine versions, a 4.3, a 4.6 and a 4.9 L I6, the first models had a 127 inch wheelbase chassis based on the one from the pre-war Wraith.
Although also based on the Wraith, the engine had a new cylinder head with overhead inlet valves and side exhaust valves and initially a capacity of 4257 cc.
This model was used by officials, being used as the Brazilian Presidential Ceremonial State Car, Irish Presidential State Car, Royal Dutch State Limousine, and more.
The Silver Wraith model had its film appearances too, starring in movies like “Batman”, “Batman Returns”, “James Dean”, “Witness for the Prosecution” and more.
