They believe that dining in the total darkness, when guided and served by blind people, is a unique experience that changes our view of the world by reversing the perspective: A sensory experience shaking our senses and helping us to re-evaluate our perception of taste and smell.
You can enjoy their famous surprise menu created with the help of the French chef Olivier Romain and accompanied with the finest selection of wines by Christophe Gamier, the wine expert.
An experience now supplemented by “Dans le Noir is their Spa, where all visitors can test the sensual and relaxing touch of experts in the dark or low light cabins. The restaurant hires only blind waiters and waitresses.
