Where is this house, anyway? The house is situated on a steep slope above the most beautiful part of Sunset Boulevard and features 7,007 square feet, six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and panoramic views that make your heart skip a beat.
The design throughout the home is modern and chic with a very particular touch on details.
The Avicii: Luxury Home in Los Angeles is divided by a central design element, which is a feature that begins as a water wall adjacent to the driveway. The water flows into an ornamental pool before dropping down into a spa below after which it cascades into a 75-foot lap pool which then becomes a cantilevered wet-edge infinity pool, seamlessly blending over the slope into the extraordinary view.
Tim Bergling’s wealth is estimated to be approximately $30 million, which means the DJ spend half of his earrings to built his dream home- the best way to spend the money to be honest.
The stunningly beautiful mansion was originally owned by beauty mogul Bruno Mascolo, who reportedly turned it over to the Swedish DJ towards the end of 2013.
Some say it looks like a spaceship, because of its structure, that appears to be suspended above the ground, the Avicii’s $15 million luxury home is made from concrete and steel like every other dream home; but not every dream home looks like a spaceship. The design was made to emphasize the feeling of a luxury retreat hovering over the city below.
