Let’s go straight into it!
Church of the Savior on Blood – Russia
Looks really amazing right? Well, almost all churches from Russia look pretty awesome, they have a great architectural taste. This Church was built on the site where Tsar Alexander II was assassinated and was dedicated in his memory. The construction started in 1883 and the beautiful church was finished in 1907.
Yosemite Valley Chapel – USA
A small wedding church from the Yosemite National Park is one of the cutest I have ever seen. The Chapel was built in 1879 by those who recognized that the God who created our wonderful surroundings is even more incredible than His creation.
Saint Louis Cathedral – USA
The Cathedral-Basilica of Saint Louis has it’s place in New Orleans, USA. The first church on the site was built in 1718; the third, built in 1789, was raised to cathedral rank in 1793. The cathedral was expanded and largely rebuilt in 1850, with little of the 1789 structure remaining. A beautiful place, it deserves to be seen.
Las Lajas Cathedral – Colombia
Looks impressive right? I really would like to visit this one. Las Lajas Cathedral is more a temple built on the bridge as if hanging over the abyss between the steep slopes of the picturesque canyon Guaitara.
Saint Patrick’s Cathedral – USA
The Saint Patrick’s Cathedral is located in Manhattan, New York and it represents a real beautiful architectural place. A nice thing about it is that when it was built the legend says that:
Three workers were cutting stone. When asked what they were doing, the first answered, “I am cutting stone.”
The second said, “I am making a wall.”
The third replied, “I am building a cathedral.”
