5.Dark Chocolate
I guess we were all waiting for a dessert-brain-food, right?
And here it is! Dark chocolate is on our list of foods that are good for the brain. The dark chocolate not only has antioxidant properties, but it also contains several natural stimulants, including caffeine.
The caffeine is known to enhance focus and concentration, stimulating the production of endorphins, which keep us happy. 15 to 30 grams per day will give you all the benefits you need.
Even though the dark chocolate is healthy, you have to eat it in moderation, it is a dessert after all.
This is one “superfood” where more is not better. You have to do this one in moderation.
