6.Pomegranate
Number 6 on our list is the pomegranate.
The difficult-to-eat fruit is one of the best foods for brain due to its antioxidant benefits which protect the brain from the damage of free radicals.
Probably no part of the body is more sensitive to the damage from free radicals as the brain.
If you don’t like the struggle of eating the pomegranate itself because of its seeds, you can always choose the pomegranate juice.
But don’t drink too much juice though, because it contains added sugar and it might add to your daily calorie intake. 50-60 ml of pomegranate juice should be enough for one day, and you can even dilute it with water to enjoy more of it!
