3.Mario Batali
On the third place top chefs in the US we have Mario Batali.
The American chef started his career as a dishwasher, but through hard work and his amazing taste, he is now the co-owner of some of the world’s top class restaurants in New York City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Westport, Connecticut.
Batali was named the Best Restaurateur in 2008, his Babbo Ristorante e Enoteca being awarded one Michelin star. The chef has been a star in many television shows, such as Iron Chef America, Molto Mario, Mario Eats Italy, and Ciao America.
Using fresh ingredients and amazing recipes, Batali’s speciality is Italian cuisine, him being awarded the Best New York City Chef in 2002.
