It is owned by head chef Annie Féold and Sommelier Georgio Pinchiorri and they managed to combine their Italian and French cultures in a wonderful way.
They are working together for thirty-five years and are creating an amazing menu where French techniques are applied to Tuscan gastronomy.
They also have a renowned wine cellar with almost 120,000 bottles of the finest wine and the design emanates character and charm with mosaics, parquet floors, a pink marble chimney and antique furniture.
