Executive Chef Vito Mollica is the person that will be in charge of delighting your taste buds here and it seems he does a wonderful job. The place is located on the former stable block at the Renaissance Palazzo della Gherardesca and still has vaulted ceiling and columns.
The menu is made of regional cuisine combined with some modern twists. The food is delicious, but the location is also something we should pay attention at.
