The occasion must be important for this setting created by decorative artist Patrick Jouin because when you are at the Jules Verne it doesn’t matter if you are taking photos, proposing or celebrating a promotion, no one will bother you even the waitress will never blink at these gestures.
The menu created by Chef Pascal Feraud, who has modern takes on all the grand classic recipes which define the French cuisine.
Being a high class restaurant they have a dress code making you feel more distinguish at one of the best luxury restaurants in Paris.
Being installed in Paris most famous architecture, with a private elevator and a unique setting the restaurant celebrates its placing and the main chef created a desert called “chocolate bolt” to homage the fact that this amazing architecture has 2.5 million bolts who hold it up and together.
