The bar’s cocktail program is headed by Juan Cornado, who holds the title of Cocktail Innovator.
We recommend Cotton Candy Old Fashioned, which is already a curious combination. The cotton candy is flavored with mezcal. You’ll love it!
BarMini also has a kitchen with a adjacent minibar. The menu focuses on dishes with gourmet twists, such as grilled cheese laced with truffles.
