It looks like Hyatt On The Bund has delivered some pretty good restaurants in Shanghai. We’ve talked about 100 Century Avenue and now Xindalu, another of their great luxury dining venues.
It is one of the most famous Chinese cuisine based restaurants in Shanghai. It serves the city’s best Peking duck and has an open kitchen that allows you to watch the chefs at work.
The overall ambiance of the place is chic and modern and the service in impeccable.
Besides the Peking duck, another dish you must try at this restaurant is the delicious Beggar’s Chicken. Unfortunately, both of them must be ordered 24 hours in advance, but when you get to taste them you will see that the wait was worth.
