We begin our top list with Jolly Joker Balans, located at Istiklal Cad. Balo Sok. No: 22 Beyoglu.
The venue is a good choice if you’re a live music addict.

Among the bands who perform on a regular basis here are Chantage, Teoman, Kangroove and Rebel Moves.
Jolly Joker Balans’ interior was designed especially for live performances, featuring a decor of ‘old pub’. It is composed of 3 parts, the main area, lounge area in the back with tables and chairs, and a balcony floor.
But the real attraction at Jolly Joker Balans is the guitar-shaped bar. So if the Turkish music isn’t on your taste, at least enjoy a cocktail at their stylish bar.
9360
Next on our top list is 360, which is not only an amazing club, but also an excellent restaurant.
Located in a penthouse of a 19th-century apartment building, the venue offers 360-degree mesmerizing views of the Sea of Marmara, Golden Horn and Bosphorus.
We recommend their main courses, consisting of pasta and pizza, meat and poultry, as well as their tasteful desserts, such as Death by Chocolate, Popcorn Creme Brule and Chocolate Orgazm.

The place is open on Fridays and Saturdays, where local DJs will delight your ears with house and deep house music.
Many of those DJs are within 909 Productions Turkey’s most successful DJ team.
Its owner, Mithat Can Ozer, is the son of one of the most popular singers of Turkey, Sezen Aksu.
Why that name? The club opened on 11.11.2009.
So if you seek for wild, house beats, 11.11 is the place to be!

‘The music in Babylon was great. It is one of the best places that you can listen world quality music. Staff is quite professional and kind. The club itself a bit small. This is why depending on occasion, it might be quite crowded.’

On #4 we have Blackk, a club, Resto-Lounge and Levendiz Greek Tavern.
The venue is decorated in 18th century Rococo style with modern accents and influences from New York and London.
Blackk is a great place to eat your dinner and continue your night in the club.

But at the Tavern is where you’ll enjoy more, tasteful cocktails.
3Indigo
This is our favorite nightclub in Istanbul! We hope you’ll love it too!
With 2 awesome venues, Indigo Pub and Indigo Lounge, the owners hit the jackpot.
Indigo provides a mix of minimalism and technology and it is Istanbul’s best venue for house and deep house music.
The 400 square-meter venue can host around 600 people and features state of the art sound system, a projection system that creates a dynamic visual experience and an unforgettable experience.
2Off Pera
Described as one of the world’s cosiest clubs, Off Pera is a small venue which was often empty. Until several months ago.
It rapidly became one of the best nightclubs in Istanbul, where you can enjoy a great night.
With little floor space, you’ll have to fight your way to the bar.
Off Pera features an amazing ceiling of flashing LEDs, as well as several DJs who will delight your ears with Turkish and European music.
It received positive reviews: ‘This is a tiny club/bar. Get ready to be very close to the fellow patrons! Super djs, great music. Can’t help but dance all night! Mostly cool people, locals.
Can get VERY busy and you may even need to wait at the door for awhile but it’s even entertaining as you wait. Always a great last stop in Taksim nights.’
1Reina
Our jouney ends here, at Reina, the city’s most glamorous club and restaurant.
As they say on their website, ‘the heart of Istanbul’s nightlife is beating at Reina‘. And we believe it!
Since its opening on January 17, 2002, the venue rose to prominence.
Located next to the banks of the Bosphorus, Reina has 2 floors which are large enough to include the restaurant.
Obviously, there’s a tip too. If you eat here, you won’t be paying the entrance fee to the club.
However, the restaurant is one of the most expensive, if not the priciest one, in Istanbul. So when the bill comes, that entrance fee may not seem like such a saving.
