3Penn State University
The Pennsylvania State University, commonly referred to as Penn State or PSU, is a public research university founded in 1855.
It has had some tough times. However, despite the major scandals that have impacted their attendance rate, the school gives a great education and some pretty awesome parties.
It was ranked the 49 best college in the world by Times Higher Education.
Penn State features 7 housing complexes located on campus for students: East Halls, North Halls, Pollock Halls, South Halls, West Halls, Eastview Terrace and Nittany Apartments.
Athletic teams at PSU have won 68 national collegiate team championships. Their mascot is the Nittany Lion, a version of a mountain lion.
Penn State has one of the largest Greek systems in the country, with almost 12% of the University Park population affiliated. This leads to lots of opportunities for you to party.
And with Keegan-Michael Key from ‘Key&Peel’ on Comedy Central, graduating from Penn State, it’s easy to see how fun this party school could be.
