8.L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon
No, you are not having a deja-vu.
Another one of Joel Robuchon’s restaurants, L’atelier de Joel Robuchon focuses more on the food, rather than the glamorous décor.
With the same French style, the restaurant is less expensive than the one we already talked about, and you get to sit on the counter and watch your food being prepared.
You can choose from tapas dishes, a tasting menu or a seasonal menu and the signature dishes include steak tartar and free-range quail stuffed with foie gras.
Don’t forget about the dessert, because the traditional tarts and a green chartreuse soufflé with pistachio ice cream are simply buds-tingling.
