6Mendoza, Argentina
The capital city of Mendoza Province, in Argentina, is located in the northern-central part of the province, with lots of high plains and foothills.
Not so long ago, Argentina became a top wine-producing region, best known for its Malbec, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The best part is that many wineries in Mendoza offer tours and tasting dinners, but you must book in advance.
There are many wineries worth seeing in Mendoza, but we did a little research and found out which are the must-see wineries : Domaine St. Diego (address: Franklin Villanueva 3821, Lunlunta, Maipu), Kaiken (address: Roque Saenz Pena 5561, Las Compuertas, Vistalba, Lujan de Cuyo), Mendel (address: Terrada 1863, Mayor Drummond, Lujan de Cuyo), Pulenta Estate (address: Ruta Provincial 86. Km 6,5. Alto Agrelo, Lujan de Cuyo), Tempus Alba (address: Carril Perito Moreno 572, Coquimbito, Maipu) and Atamisque (address: RP 86 Km. 30, San Jose, Tupungato).
We liked Willamette Valley especially for those 2 major events. Want to join?
