7.Tour d’Argent – 15.000 bottles
Up next, we are talking about Tour d’Argent, in Paris.
The famous restaurant has an impressive wine collection of 15.000 bottles, the youngest of them all being a 2003.
If you want to wine and dine at the Tour d’Argent make sure you are there a couple of hours before you actually want to eat your dinner, because the restaurant has a 9 kilograms full wine list, and it might take you some time to decide which one you want.
Differently from the other wine collectors, the restaurant chooses to buy its wines when they are young, storing them until they are ready to be drank.
