At the age of 42, Madonna married Guy Ritchie on 22nd of December, 2000, and she had worn a wedding dress designed by Madonna’s maid of honor, Stella McCartney.
The $80.000 wedding dress was made of ivory silk, featuring corset bodice and full-length skirt.
And to make sure she was the most beautiful woman at the party, Madonna had accessorized her wedding dress with a huge 37 carats diamond cross necklace and with an antique veil embroidered with lace and attached to an Edwardian diamond crown.
She also accessorized with the $72,000 antique French bracelet studded with 19 carats of diamonds that Guy Ritchie gave her as a wedding gift.
After the wedding ceremony, Madonna changed into another dress designed by Jean-Paul Gaultier and later into a Versace dress designed by another good friend and wedding guest, Donatella Versace.
