It is hard to be always in shape and celebrities know that, which is why these are the celebs who inspire us to hit the gym.
Love it or hate it, hitting the gym is important for your health, and let’s be honest, who doesn’t love to have a fit body ready for the summer?
But sometimes we can’t just get out of our bed and hit the gym. Sometimes it is that hard to find motivation to really work hard in the gym, or even to get there.
Luckily some of the celebs understand our struggle and try to motivate us to go to the gym. For them everything comes a bit easier when it comes to finding the motivation and time to work out and for some of them, that’s their job.
They are paid to hit the gym and in some cases, are required to either bulk up or tone up for a role where they are portraying someone with an active lifestyle or a comic book hero.
Here are the 10 celebs who have are fit and inspire us to hit the gym.
10. Chris Pratt
Chris was one of those guys people pass by and no notice him. That happened when he used to be the fatty guy on Parks and Recreation TV series.
But those days are now over because today Pratt is one of the most successful actors in Hollywood, and that’s because he once took on the role of Star Lord on Guardians of the Galaxy and for which he had to lose weight.
Chris from the past and Chris from today are like two different guys now. That only proves hard work in the gym can have an incredibly impact.
For the role in Guardians of the Galaxy, Pratt had to lose 60 pounds in six months.
He was training four to six times a week with personal trainer Duffy Gaver (plus extra sessions, if felt able) and he was also following nutritionist Phil Goglia’s diet plan.
As Gaver said, Pratt is a hard worker when it comes time to get back into shape “He isn’t the client you have to push, he is the type of client you have to pull down.
If you were to walk into the gym when he was training, you would have thought for sure you’ve got a guy getting ready for the NFL Combine.”
