Chris Pratt’s Motor from Jurassic World is set for Auction
Chris Pratt’s Motor from Jurassic World is set for Auction and we can’t wait to see who is going to buy it.
In a world where movies are more and more made on the computer, there are a lot of them that make us question everything we knew and start wondering if we are doing something good.
Like in this case, Jurassic World; the movie where it shows us how incompetent can we become if something bad happened. Something that we first created. But Jurassic World isn’t the only movie of this genre.
Like Jurassic World has taught us, we can’t control certain things. But for now we can always see them on TV and not worry about the consequences so much.
Just like we’ve seen Chris Pratt’s motorcycle. And how much we’ve used that the motor to be ours.
Well, now it is possible, because that motor is on sale. Among the superb bike Jurassic World has given us some vehicular eye-candy with all special effects.
The film shows us some screen time to a host of rugged products from Mercedes-Benz, including a debut for the GLE-Class Coupe.
But they someone made sure that all the cars won’t come in the stoplight of the Chris Pratt’s motor he used to ride with some raptors he worked with.
The motor is not German, as you expected, but is a custom Triumph Scrambler.
Starting July 23rd that bike is hitting the auction block on eBay to raise cash for a very manly charity.
In an official press release, Triumph Motorcycles said that the auction is running for ten days and started at 2:00 PM EDT on the 23rd.
Among the custom Triumph motorcycle, the lucky winner will also get a certificate of authenticity that proves that this is the motor from this summer’s blockbusters.
All the proceeds resulted from this sale will go to The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride. The charity is one of those that brings classic motorcycles and well-dressed men together in cities worldwide to support prostate cancer research.
For everyone, film fan or not, this is a life-time offer. There won’t be another bike quite like this one on the streets.
There were just three custom Scramblers made for Jurassic World, according to Motorcycle USA.
After the movie wrapped, one of them was given to Chris Pratt, another went on display at the Triumph headquarters, and this one was the third.
We can’t wait to see how much money the lucky buyer will spend for such a rare piece of filmography. Chris’ motorcycle could become one of the most expensive movie props ever sold.
We like the purpose of the campaign so much, we even featured it on the first episode of Last Week in Luxury, a luxury news show we offer to our subscribers on youtube:
