    Summer is on its way and us girls need to be sexy and in shape for the beach!

    It’s time to forget about all those painful diets and stop blaming yourself for wanting to eat something sweet and tasty, because we have the perfect combo for you.

    Remember when your mother was telling you to eat your fruits because they are healthy? Well we are telling you the same.

    So take your wallet and go to the grocery store because today we are making some delicious healthy smoothies!

    Hearty Fruit and Oat Smoothie

    If you are a fan a strawberries, this is the right smoothie for you!Delicious Healthy Smoothies

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup quartered strawberries
    • 1 sliced banana
    • 1/4 cup raw almonds
    • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
    • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
    • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

    Put it all in the blender!

     

    Green Ginger-Peach Smoothie

    Peaches and spinach? Weird combination you would say, just try it and convince yourself it’s the best!Delicious Healthy Smoothies

    Ingredients

    • 2 handfuls baby spinach
    • 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
    • 2 cups frozen sliced peaches
    • 2 teaspoons honey
    • 1 1/4 cups water

    And again, put it all in the blender!

     

    Tropical Blueberry Smoothie

    Fancy some pineapple along with blueberries?Delicious Healthy Smoothies

    Ingredients

    • 2 teaspoons sugar
    • 1 cup chopped pineapple
    • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
    • 1 orange, seeded and cut into quarters
    • 1/2–3/4 cup water

    And guess what? Yes, all mixed up and in the blender!

     

    Mango and Yoghurt Smoothie

    If you have the exotic in you, try this mango smoothie!Delicious Healthy Smoothies

    Ingredients

    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1 1/2 cups low-fat plain yoghurt
    • 2 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • Juice from half lime

    What do you do with that you wonder? Put it in the blender, of course!

     

    For those of you who are fans of nuts, you can add 1/4 cup of nuts such as almonds or walnuts, for a more filling meal.
